This rescue splint is made from a thin, lightweight core of aluminum alloy sandwiched between two layers of closed-cell foam.
The splint can be cut with regular scissors to fit any size requirements and then bent to fit the shape of the injury.
The closed-pore foam surface is waterproof, easy to clean and disinfect for multiple use.
The splint is also radio-transparent which allows x-rays to be taken without needing to remove it.
